"Shut up, you Yorkshire pudding!"
I've been after this recording for years but never knew that it was actually a soundboard recording. That said it is a very poor quality soundboard - at least until Banging the Door. The first 6 songs are also in mono which is a bit irritating. After Solitaire there is a cut and the quality suddenly jumps into stereo as well as improving tenfold! At first I thought that perhaps someone had spliced two different gigs together, although this theory was quickly dispelled after Banging the Door when Lydon says; "Bloody hell does Leeds get lobotomies on the National Health?" which at least proves it's still the same show. The quality jump is inexplicable.
The audience are barely audible throughout the entire show, which is not uncommon on mixing desk recordings although it must be said that it sounds extremely lifeless.
There is a cut between Solitaire and Banging the Door.
There is a cut during Anarchy.
