Brisbane, Australia, Rock Arena at Mansfield Tavern - 29.12.1984.
Despite the quality of this bootleg being a bit lower than average I still find it an entertaining one to listen to. Low Life is a particularly strong version.
Lydon warns the crowd during Memories that he is suffering from a sore throat, although he performs well throughout.
There are light-hearted exchanges between Lydon and the audience throughout the show, with Lydon pointing out that the exits are at the back of the hall and telling anyone who isn't enjoying the show to fuck off home!
Two points of interest worth mentioning is that Banging the Door surprisingly evokes a bit of a crowd sing-along and that between Attack and Anarchy Lydon delivers a few acapella lines from Theme - a song he hadn't performed live for 2 years and hasn't performed live since!
There are no tape cuts, leaving a few minutes of crowd noise between encores. There is a 2nd encore break between Anarchy and This is Not a Love Song.Trivia; Apparently this show was pretty poorly advertised and therefore pretty poorly attended.
Banging the Door, Chant, Attack, Anarchy & Love Song are performed as encores.
