This is a 15 CD box Set that is limited to 1000, this is no 0164. It contains 15 CD's ranging from the early 70's to the 1978 US Tour. There is no new recording in this boxset everything has all been released in other formats before. The 15 discs come in individual covers which are a bit dull but do have the original front artwork picture of the bootlegs on the front of the sleeves. The set comes in a strong cardboard box, and also comes with a 32 page colour booklet which has the transcripts from a few famous Pistols interviews, all in all this could have been alot better but for the price it is selling for it is worth the money and a good addition to the site. A fantastic reveiw for this boxset has been written by Tim Bucknall and it can be found on the God Save the Sex Pistols site.
Disc 1 is a high quality recording from the 24th September 1976 at the 100 Club in London.
Disc 2 is the normal Spunk Bootleg recording that was released before Never Mind the Bollocks on the Blank Label - high quality early issue of the Spunk Sessions.
Disc 3 is a live collection of tracks and Demo tracks, the demo's are from the Goodman era, the live tracks are from the Burton on Trent + Winterland gigs and Scandinavia Tour.
Disc 4 has Goodman demo's (Tracks 1 - 6) the 2nd half (Tracks 7 - 11) is Sid Vicious solo, recorded live Max's date unknown + a recording from the Screen on the Green Cinema Islington, London 3rd of April 1977. Sids debut on the bass and is the complete gig. The front cover artwork gave the wrong date of the gig.
Disc 5 is from the Scandinavia Tour of 1977, Beach Disco Halmstad, Sweden 15th July 1977 + Karen Stockholm, Sweden 21st July 1977.
Disc 6 is a high quality recording of the Sex Pistols Christmas day gig from the Never Mind the Bans Tour. This is the evening gig played in support of the striking fireman.
Disc 7 is a live crowd recording from the Great South East Music Hall 1978 U.S.A. Tour 5th January 1978. This is not the complete gig.
Disc 8 is a good live recording of the 1978 tour of the USA recorded at the Kingfish Club Baton Rouge, Louisiana on the 9th January 1978, this is not the complete gig.
Disc 9 is also a live recording from the Nashville Rooms, London on the 3rd of April 1976.
Disc 10 is a live crowd recording from the 100 Club on the 20th September 1976. This was the Punk Party, the Pistols were supported by the Clash and Subway Sect and the Stinky Toys. This is not the complete gig and the trcks have been re-arranged.
Disc 11 is a live recording from the Never Mind the Bans Tour from 1977 this was recorded at the Nikkers Club in Keighley on the 19th of December 1977. This is not the complete gig.
Disc 12 is a good quality live recording from the Anarchy in the UK Tour from 1976. This was recorded at the Electric Circus in Manchester on the 9th of December 1976. The Sex Pistols were supported by the Clash and the Buzzcocks.
Disc 13 was recorded at Randys Rodeo, San Antonio on the 8th Jan 1978. This is the complete gig.
Disc 14 is a good quality different recording to Disc 13 from the 1978 US Tour at Randy's Rodeo, San Antonio, Texas on the 8th of January 1978. This is not the complete gig.
Disc 15 is a live recording from the Scandinavia Tour of 1977 recorded at the Happy House, Student Kearn, Stockholm, Sweden on the 28th of July 1977. This is not the complete gig + live recording from the Scandinavia Tour 1977 recorded at the Mogambo Disc, Helsingborg Sweden on the 16th July 1977. This is the complete gig.
